About This Role
Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care in the comfort of their own homes. Home Health Aides are essential members of our care team, providing hands-on support that enables clients to live safely and comfortably.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise as directed by the care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
Qualifications
- Current Texas Home Health Aide certification
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
